Reserve Inquiry
The Reserve inquiry requests a first name, one preferred contact channel and its corresponding email address or phone number, an IANA timezone, up to three preferred conversation windows, and an affirmative consent confirmation. It contains no free-text field and does not ask for health history, diagnosis, or treatment details. We use these fields only to arrange a reservation conversation.
In the current protected-preview state, Reserve delivery is intentionally unavailable. An unavailable submission is not persisted or forwarded by 4recovery, and the entered fields are cleared from the page after the unavailable response.

Even without direct submission, we may collect technical and usage data, including:
